7.3 We reserve the right to refuse a bonus to any player, reject any bonuses, cancel participation in promotions, or temporarily or permanently ban any player or group of players from the Website’s promotional program at our discretion. 7.6 All bonuses come with wagering requirements, meaning you must wager a specific amount before being able to withdraw any winnings. This requirement is generally represented as a multiplier applied to the bonus, the associated deposit, or the winnings from the promotion. For instance, a wagering requirement of x5 means that you must wager the bonus amount five times. 7.7 Different games contribute differently towards meeting the wagering requirements:

- Live Games, Table & Card Games, Video Poker – 10%
- Plinko – 10%
- Jackpot Slots – Not eligible for play with bonus funds.
7.8 Special Games contribute 50% of the bets towards meeting the wagering requirements. The list of Special Games includes: Crazy Time, Dream Catcher, Dream Catcher First Person, Monopoly.
7.9 Excluded Games contribute 0% towards the wagering requirements. The Excluded Games list includes various games, such as Book of Sun Multichance, Jack and the Beanstalk, Starburst XXXtreme, and others.
7.10 Prohibited Games cannot be played when a bonus is active on the account. A detailed list of Prohibited Games is provided.
7.11 Wagering is done first from your Real Money Balance. Once the Real Money Balance is fully wagered, the Bonus Balance will be used for the remaining wagering.
7.12 The wagering requirement for casino bonuses must be met within 10 days, while sports bonuses must be cleared within 30 days. Any unfulfilled bonuses after these periods will be void.
7.13 Attempting to withdraw funds before completing the wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any derived winnings.
7.14 Once all wagering requirements are met, the bonus funds and any resulting winnings will be transferred to the real money wallet and will be available for withdrawal in line with the Website’s withdrawal rules.
7.15 Winnings from no-deposit free spins are capped at 80 EUR, with a wagering requirement of x40 on the derived winnings.
7.16 No-deposit casino bonuses have a x40 wagering requirement and a maximum withdrawal limit of x5 the bonus amount. For instance, a 20 EUR no-deposit bonus will have a maximum withdrawal of 100 EUR.
7.17 All withdrawals are subject to an audit, gameplay review, and account verification process.

Placing Bets and Gambling

8.3 All game results on the Website are determined by a Random Number Generator. If there is a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the server’s game result, the server’s result will be final.
